Organic is not the only goal

Sustainable and low impact are just as important.
This is what I was afraid of when WalMart jumped into the organic game.
Organic, but is it sustainable?
We can't go on expecting fresh fruit and veggies all year round. All things should have their season, especially such fragile things as tomatoes and raspberries. Winter is time for slow soups and stews, using the old-fashioned 'keeper' veggies: potatoes, onions, carrots.
