300,000 Organic Farmers Sue Monsanto in Federal Court: Decision on March 31st to Go to Trial | NationofChange

Corporate logic: If the company plants their patented crop, next to an organic field of a like crop; and the pollen from the patented crop is blown by the wind into the organic crop, pollinating those plants, thus ruining the purity of the organic crop seed; the owner of that field is guilty of stealing patented crop from the company.
My logic: if corporate fields contaminate organic fields, corporation is liable for the loss of income to the organic farmer, and for the loss of the organic seed strain.
