We get them all the time: 'my neighbor has a 1997 Bayliner 2850 for sale: how much is it worth? Is there anything special I should look out for when I check it out? '
or the ones that say: ' can I talk to one of your mechanics for a minute [so he can tell me how to do my own oil change/adjust spark plugs/ etc]'.
Is it just the boat business that gets these calls? Maybe car or RV dealers too. But I can't imagine anyone calling Wal Mart and asking them how much to pay for the neighbors used TV. Or calling the doctor and asking him how to stitch up a cut.
